🕑︎ When will my package be shipped?
Please allow 5-7 days for processing (scooping & packing). Please note that processing times may be longer during peak order periods. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
🎥 When will my packing video be posted on Tiktok?
Considering the time it takes to make a video and also not spoil your surprise in advance, the video of your order is usually uploaded 8-10 days after we ship out for the order.
📦 What's the shipping cost & How long does shipping take?
For regular orders, there'll be a $10-15 delivery fee. Please note that delivery charges may vary during holiday periods.
Under normal customs clearance, most of the packages will be delivered within 10-15 days, with the majority arriving around 12 days. Shipping is faster to regions with convenient international airport transport, and may take longer for remote or less accsesiable areas.
